SEO-friendly URL titles &

This is actually a two part prohject, but they go hand in hand and we want implement at the same time. Currently our websites return story links as follows: [login to view URL] We want to reatin the same sructure, but implement SEO friendly web URLS, similar to this: [login to view URL] Also we want to update a news ticker we are currently using to reflect the SEO friendly URLS. This should be a matter of making a few minor changes to exisitng code. We'd also like to add the ability for the ticker to scroll, either up or across. We can provide the exisiting ticker code, as well as code currently used on our sites, providing confidentialty is assured. Developer will need to write one set of code that we can implement on multiple sites, and it must plug in easily with existing code.
