Introduction The program need to provide the following features 1- To provide a client program that will allow the responsible representative from your organization to enter prisoner sentence information into a database 2- The program can generate a printable report to view all prisoners who have three months reaming on their sentence. 3- Ability to search the prisoners using the age. 4- Ability to search prisoners using the geographic location. 5- Ability to search prisoner using the law sentence number Our proposal The program needs to be in Arabic language, in case of a translation issue, the language can be changed from the text file easily 1- User Entry (client App) - The user can add all the information shown in ?Appendix I. - A child number field that will show the child number whom stays with their mom and sex and age. 2- Reports - The program will provide a notice once the prisoner has 3 months remaining to his sentence. - The program can generate a printable report to view all prisoners who have three months reaming on their sentence. - Ability to search the prisoners using the age. - Ability to search prisoners using the geographic location. - Ability to search prisoner using the law sentence number 3- Backup The system is capable of backing up itself every day, during a selected time or upon starting the program. Backup file need to be renamed according to date-time.
