I want to develop a chat app similar to WhatsApp Web using the WhatsApp Business API, where messages are stored in a MySQL database. Contact names will match a list from my MySQL table, provided via an API. For real-time messaging, I prefer using a service like Pusher instead of socket.io. My customers place their bread orders through WhatsApp, and I manually enter these into my custom system. I'd like to streamline this by entering orders directly on the chat interface. I will develop an API for reading and writing these orders, which will include product code, description, and quantity. I want the app to indicate whether messages are delivered or read with read receipt ticks, similar to WhatsApp. I also want to be able to send template messages. The contacts should differentiate between read and unread messages and allow me to mark conversations as resolved, helping me keep track of which chats need follow-up. Key Features: 1. Authentication to prevent unauthorized access. 2. Display contacts with conversations. 3. Show conversation history when a contact is selected and load more messages when scrolling up. Customer messages may include images and pdf files. 4. List products for order form via my API for the selected contact. 5. Mark conversations as read once opened, like WhatsApp. 6. Allow sending texts, images, and PDF files to customers. 7. Enable sending of preset template messages. 8. When a message is sent, delivered, and read show tick marks like WhatsApp. 9. New messages should automatically be tagged as unresolved. Ability to mark conversations as resolved or unresolved. 10. Display contacts or customer list based on assignments to each of our 2 team members entering orders.

My price is entirely a place holder as we literally have a WhatsApp system we can program to your needs, scrolling down with the exception of the product listing which I’m sure we can integrate with ease, we can literally provide it for a small monthly fee with the ability for you to alter the logic or us to do it for you.
