I'm in need of a dedicated, full-time Virtual Assistant to help me with managing various tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Spanish, as they will be handling clients from both languages. Key Responsibilities: - Email Management: You will be responsible for handling my email correspondence, prioritizing emails, and responding to clients in a professional and timely manner. - Scheduling Appointments: You will help me in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring my calendar is up-to-date and organized. - Data Entry: You will be required to assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. ZOHO Expertise: - Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator is a must. If you have experience in other Zoho applications, this would be a great advantage. Communication: - As for communication, I prefer to use a mix of Email, Phone, and Instant Messaging. You should be comfortable and proficient in using these tools to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in a similar role - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal - Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This is a long-term, full-time position with the potential for growth.
