I would like all work completed by December 29, 2015 and for the site to be great from mobile phones and devices. My existing WordPress web site theme, navigation and organization are a total mess and it is not great mobile either. PLEASE review the attached document to assist you in preparing proposals. If you do NOT read thoroughly the attached PDF you will underbid and or under perform thereby making both of us unhappy. I am ONLY interested in hiring people who have extensive WordPress experience. If I knew how to do what I want done I would have done it already my self. Applicants must know how to fix my theme, create logical navigation out of the mess I now have and organize the hundred + pages of my web site so they are in a logical order my potential clients can read and understand. The new site and theme must be mobile friendly as more and more of my clients come from mobile. My web site lacks a good theme, header, navigation and organization. The PDF outlines the changes I know I need. Please read the PDF, I am sure it has just about all the information you will need to make an informed bid.
