It can be run as a Task, a Service is not required. * The WebGoat Docker container should be stored in AWS ECR * Three bash scripts are required, these are: (a) Build the environment (ECR, cluster, Route53, PKI certs, etc) (b) Start the WebGoat Task in ECS (note: A Task is preferred to a Service) (c) Stop the WebGoat Task in ECS Everything must be run via a bash script that use CloudFormation.
