I'm in need of an experienced architect who can develop a plan for a modern office space building covering approximately 1,00,000 Sqft in 8 floors. - Purpose: The building is meant to serve as an office space - Preferences: I prefer a modern architectural design - Location: The project will be located in Indore and the land area is 28000 Sqft - Workstations: In terms of planning, Mix of Office Spaces from 300 Sqft to 12000 Sqft. The ideal candidate should have an excellent grasp of modern architectural styles and should be skilled at maximizing space efficiency. Experience with large office structures is a must. I have access to the aircraft and can get many photos. I also have access to schematics to support the design. The end product will need to be in a format readable by 3DS Max 2023 and will then be imported into a game engine. Both high detail exterior and interior models will need to be made with milestones on 3D Geometry and artwork.
