Small business with 5 users a BT business internet connection, cisco 4300 router, draytek router. Connecting to the wifi or wired network internet often throws up DNS errors and patchy connection. Our mobikle phones connect wsithout any problem at all. Laptops are relatively new and connect fine on home networks. I noticed this some days ago when I wasn't getting any test emails, then I looked at the blocked files in Sendgrid, and saw there was 5000 email there........ (screenshot is attached) To make it worse, the email has a Sendgrid reputation of 99%...... these emails are not spam, and they are to our users....... and I need this fixed. I am looking for a dashboard/reporting system able to extract the data from these reports and be able to provide a drill down access to the info. I am interested to know what data a freelancer think is present in these DMARC, how it can be extracted, and what usable information can be obtained. That problem came back again, and i don't know what caused it. Can you fix it again please. I think last time it was with the DNS svr. I can access my vCSA fine when on site. but when offsite, connecting over vpn it does not come up, but the backend of vCSa is accessible. Please let me know.
