This is an extension to a recently posted freelance job. I have an old program and associated text database from an old CD ROM set. The original freelancer job was to export all the data into a modern usable program - Excel as an example. Another freelancer has worked with, opened and operated the program on a WinXP machine via an emulator. He has been unable to export the database contents directly.
