A behavioral organizational researcher was interested in the levels of job satisfaction (SATISFACTION) and burnout (BURNOUT) among White and not-White (RACE) social workers in North, South, and West Virginia (LOCATION). For this purpose the researcher collected data from a random sample of 30 social workers. After data collection was completed and preliminary analysis conducted, the researcher conducted a 4-week group intervention to reduce social worker’s levels of burnout (BURNOUT2). Total scores for job satisfaction range between 40 to 90 with higher scores indicating greater levels of job satisfaction. Also, total scores for burnout range between 10 to 40 with lower scores indicating lower levels of burnout.
