An ‘event summary film’ is created every year for this annual global event that changes location every year, and this year the event is being held in Miami. At the end of the event the short (3-4 minute) ‘closing film’ is played out, created from GVs and b-roll that is shot during the event. The edit is usually done in the late afternoon, evening, and night within a single day.
