Basement Design / Drawing

Hello there! My name is nam and I am an architect with extensive experience in design, modeling, rendering, animation architecture buildings, houses, and shops. I have skills in 3Dsmax, Sketchup, Lumion 3D, Revit, and Auto Cad. I understand you have a ~1250 sqft basement that you want to finish and I have the original plan for your house. However, it's not for the basement - there is already plumbing for the bathroom. I would be able to give you the exact location where the toilet, shower and vanity go so that you can construct the rooms you want in the basement. Specifically, you are looking for a guest bedroom; a home theater with projection screen and 7.2 stereo system; a game room for boardgames with a section for 3d printers (I have two large 400mm x 400mm x 400mm printers); and a craft room with a large walking closet. I made some kind of mockup but I really don't like the results; I'm sure someone with more creativity than me would come up with something better.
