Automated backlink software creation - ongoing work

I am looking for a developer who will be able to create an automated software for me. The software will be distributed amongst many users so a licence key will be required to make sure no un-authorised access is allowed. I will provide websites which will need to be added to the software. The software will need to create a email account with yahoo or another free provider - The software will need auto captcha solving The software will need to post backlinks in the Bio section of the profile pages for the account created. The software will need to give a list of the urls which were created for the profile pages. I have a similer programme which can be shown. I think it was created of Microsoft .Net framework. but not 100% sure. I will need a ongoing developer who will be adding between 40-50 sites every month. I would like to see previous work on which you have worked on. Payment will be made once I am satisfied with the software created. I have paid in advance before and it was a mistake - so im affraid payment will be made on a results bases. I will send over a contract so you will be sure to get paid. Please bid for the project knowing that I will require ongoing support and ongoing development to the software. I will initially pay for the softwarethen we can work out a maintenace fee for the ongoing work which will need doing. I also have many more projects to be given to the right developer.
