iPhone push notification using asp classic as send server

Simple Assistance in iphone project, I'm using storyboard and navigation controller to connect views together. What I need is activate the push notification service on this app. certificate and provision are ready. the workflow simply is : 1) asp classic page will send the payload script include the (alert, badge and variable) this variable I need it to know which view inside the storyboard will launch a view to display details. 2) prepare the delegate listener to catch the data coming from the asp classic page, then do the push notification and when tab on it the app will open the certain view. I hope this is clear enough, let's say we have News and Products views, variables should be 1 and 2, if 1 then the news view will open... etc.
