Write a bouncy castle hire agreement

Please respond with "Bouncing is fun!" in the first line so I can determine genuine respondents. This agreement is for a start up bouncy castle business. We will be hiring to fairs, corporate family events, churches, schools, markets and children's parties. We will be providing both dry hire (un supervised) and wet hire (supervised) arrangements. We will have public liability insurance but require a hire agreement document that will shift liability and responsibility to the hirer, and require them to provide supervision, on dry hire. It would be desirable for the same document to also provide for the provisions of the wet hire agreement too, as many conditions will over lap e.g. Payment requirements, access etc. Any other suggested requirements are welcomed. Following are some inclusions but also many more in the example links provided: • All in conjunction with Australian and state law (South Australia) • To include wet and dry hire conditions • To suggest the hirer have insurance also, but not to imply a necessity (fairs, markets and events may have organised this, but a childs birthday party would not) • Damage by hirer will be paid by hirer and notified of the amount by bounce bonanza by invoice which is agreed will be paid within 7 days which could be up to the full replacement value of the equipment. • Age limit is 12 and under unless hiring an adult bouncer • Cleaning fees will be invoiced and paid within 7 days • Wet hire - supervision is available for $40 per hour and is payable in advance.
