Thankyou Hello there, I am looking this project from last couple of days, and as I am very busy with jewelery design and article writing, and other stuffs like for diamond grade, and also writing for setting. I am from India. And I am thinking to work full time. I can handle your customers email and phone call. Also you can extend your attention times in your customer care. But before that i need to know your attention time. Right now I am working on New York time from 9 am to 7 pm. For some couple week you can find me not up to your standards ( as i do not know how you like me to handle your customer ) but in my way and after know what type of brief should be given for perticular questions. For example if some one ask for what type of ring should i purchase for engagement ring ( not wedding ). Then I will ask him his budget and then according to that I can ask him to go for bazel set ring or burnish setting. I can tell him how a master setter sets the diamond in the metal. How in burnish setting the diamond is secure. etc etc etc.

This project is a great fit for me as I have done similar job. I would really love to do this job. I have worked as a VA.
