We are seeking a Sales Service Representative for our Area Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to be in charge of their own destiny and be rewarded for their hard work and enthusiasm.  Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.  Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a company’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.  Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.  Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. I've worked at the worldwide leading wholesale technology distributor Ingram micro Inc. as a sales executive. Communication skills, Customer Service Skills and following up is what I'm all about. I'd love to have more details about the job, for instance, where is the company located? What kinds of services are you providing? I have 3 years of productive sales and customer service experience with companies like Convergys, Citibank coupled with 2 year course of MBA in Sales and Marketing. I have excellent interpersonal skills, communicate clearly, and I work well under pressure. I am adaptable and love to take initiative. I am a clear communicator with a friendly disposition often disarms obstinate, hostile, or generally unhelpful individuals. I am always ready for unforeseen issues that come up often. While the workload may depend on the size of the firm, but I should be ready to devote myself to long hours if required. I as a part of being customer service oriented should be able to follow through every day with that disposition. The pressures of high workloads, many stubborn people, or long hours could get to some people, But I am very much flexible in order to compensate any pressurize situation. I am able to adapt to the type of person I am dealing with. I believe that general friendly demeanour and good work ethic will get me far with many people. I need to have the ability to initiate problem-solving with individuals.
