Customer sales Representative

I have 3 years of productive sales and customer service experience with companies like Convergys, Citibank coupled with 2 year course of MBA in Sales and Marketing. My experience includes selling new products and providing financial services to the customers of Citibank in different states of the USA over the Phone. I catered for Inbound Customer service for Citibank credit card consumers.I have a unique combination of Good Computer skills and a Typing speed of 50 WPM.I also expertise in MS-Word and Excel.
