Need an excellent english speaking customer service representative for a potentially permanent and ongoing role.
This person MUST have clear and excellent customer service skills, and will be required to speak with clients over the phone regarding support/service related queries.
This person will be responsible for logging new service requests in our service system, identifying product issues, chasing up missing information from clients via phone/email and updating existing service requests with clients, suppliers and third-parties involved.
The number 1 priority for this role is having excellent communication skills in liaising with our clients over the phone.
MUST HAVE:
Excellent literacy skills
Brilliant phone manner
Attention to detail in logging service requests and liaising with clients getting all details for parts and products that might be required.
Organisation skills - you will be responsible for adhering to contact KPI's, and ensuring all parties involved are communicated with and each person involved in the process is followed up.
