Have you thought about Multi Wiard form? I think for user perspective we need to think on it as this would be a long form in my concern. Can you please send me the rest xls and the form attributes so that I can dig in details and give you a clear thought about our next step. Please do not award until I am 100% clear with your requirement. I have few doubts about this project. I am placing those queries here: -Are you treat Incident, Involvement, Company Response etc as items? -Will there be any pre populated fields(drop down) in the form or all fields need data entry manually? -Will the excel files be only for our guidance purpose so that we can take a glance of the fields as & when required? -Will there be any excel file/any document upload filed ? -Will any searching option be there? From my previous experience, I must suggest you to use a Multi-Page Wizard-like form. As you need to handle multiple items and multiple columns & Rows under each item, instead of using any lengthy form, using multi-page wizard form will make teh system more user friendly and attractive and it will be helpful for admin also. Wizards are good in the following scenarios: -presenting a fixed work flow in a prescribed sequence -breaking up a long or complex work flow into manageable multiple steps -where later information is contingent upon what data a user has already provided Kindly share the screen cast video.
