Xlsb files are used basically to reduce the file size. As I can see your file has lot of nested formulas. When you open the file or make any modifications, the formulas refresh themselves. More the formulas, it takes more time to process. Your computer’s processing speed is also a factor. When you apply filter, formulas are refreshed again.
#Ref error occurs due to wrong formula put in (As I can see in col AD and AE of tab summary). We shall need to look into/ discuss your requirement to attend to it.
To fasten the process, we can replace formulas with values, for historical data. For example, if your working year is Jan to Dec, all the data from Jan to Oct is historical data and may be converted as values.
We can have macro intervention so as to reduce the working time.
