Actionscript 3 and Flash Problem needs to be solved.

Hi, I need someone to fix the problem we're having with a flash website made with flash using actionscript 3.0 . Here is the problem: Although there is an auto size code within the website auto size only works horizontally. We couldn't manage to make it work vertically so the site is cropped from the bottom when we resize the browser window. Also lightbox effect is in use and it is also cropped from the top and the bottom. You can see the link to download the website files in Project Clarification Board.
