Email Invitation Template

We are looking to create an email invitation Template. One that looks great for our customers to view, but that is saved in the correct size and format so we can easily email it to them without it being too big (over 3MB). We have the text, many of the logos, but we are looking for a designer who can meet our requirements to do with emailing this invitation to our customer base. We will control the emailing from our end, just looking for the graphics work to be done. Background. The Liquid Engineers are looking to invite Event planners to a Cocktail Fashion Show. We will show off our cocktail trends for 2013 and introduce ourselves and what we can offer to an audience of about 30 people. Thanks and looking forward to the offers
