Suppliers view total qty by product and commit the stock and wholesale price c. Sponsors visit the CSO page, view the products and purchase items for CSO d. Volunteers view the CSO distribution date and place and sign up to serve. 2. Communities Page: Highlight the benefits to the CSO a. Able to list the needs of the community the CSO serves with Quantity & Date b. Offer to the CSO's sponsors full visibility of the actual needs and a real-time status of qty already sponsored so that they can sponsor the shortfall in the sponsorship qty. This allows perfect matching of the demand to the supply c. CSO receive exactly what their community needs by product and quantity instead of their sponsors giving duplicate items or over supply of certain items while shortfall in other items. d. CSO need not organise their own warehouse to hold the sponsored items or spend money on transportation to collect items or send items to the community. 3. Suppliers Page: Highlight the advantages for the Supplier. a. Opportunity to be meet CSR commitments to serve the needy through CSOs b. One more avenue to supply the products they stock in their warehouse 4. Sponsors Page: Highlight the advantages for the Sponsors a. Transparent system for the Sponsor to track when his sponsored items are delivered to the needy. 5. Volunteers Page: Benefits to the Volunteers a. A sponsor who wants to be involved in actual distribution to the needy can also subscribe to be a volunteer for a specific distribution event planned by a CSO. b. Those who only volunteer also have many distribution events to choose from based on their personal schedules and availability.
