CSV import from Actinic to Virtuemart

I want to import almost 1000 products (with about 4000 different options size, colors, etc) into Virtuemart using CSV Improved (I don't want direct database manipulation). The information to import is in several files: 1) categories category, title, description, description_more, meta_title, meta_description, meta_keywords 2) sub categories subcategory, category, subcat_thumb, tagline, id 3) product information category, subcat, itemname, ordernum, description, class, hide, imagename, shipweight, shipmethod, personalize, id, meta_title, meta_description, meta_keywords 4) SKUs itemname, sku, sku2, sku3, price, size, color, style, flavor, acimage, hide, id I would like to get the csv files needed to import all the products with all the categories and sub categories INCLUDING their respective options and prices. Thank you
