Write an Android application / RSS Parser

Hi. I am a computer engineer from Slovenia and i am currently unemployed. I am programming in Android for a while now and I would like to get more experience in programming Android applications, so I am prepared to do this application for a reasonable low price (10 $). Maybe it will take a little more time because I am not so experienced as others advanced programmers, but I think that this application cannot be too hard for me.
