Client / Server Developement ( Chat and Gaming ) ===================================== Client Features -------------- # Integrated Chat supporting font types and styles. # Top section of main chat lobby shows the game tables. # Sitting at a table allows the person to begin the game room. # Game room consists of a game canvas, chat area and connected user list. # Moderator tools need to be integrated into the client. # Needs to support DLL's that contain the game functions / GFX. # Emoticons in chat are a neccessity. # List of Connected Users # Private Messaging System # Logging Server Features ============ # Controls the throughput data to and from connected clients. # Handles authentication via already setup MySQL tables. # Windows based System ( programmers decision which platform). Game Development ============== # All game development is compiled into a DLL that the client loads on start up. # Game Development needs to be compiled without the use of the client. # Games are not needed to be developed. Our own programmers will handle this. Development Platform ================ # Successful bidder's decision. Would prefer a .NET language. # English only please. Other Requirements =============== # The developer needs to be able to speak good english. # Possible integration of a Friends List system. # Games being programmed will be based on Card and Board Games. # Successful bidder must be available online with either MSN Live Messenger and / or Skype for development period.
