Web Site Design

Looking for pricing on building a web site aprox. half a dozen pages. More accurately, I am looking at basically copying the layout of an existing web site, making changes to personalize it for my business. I have permission from the site owner to use all copyright material, but I dont want it to be an exact replica but rather same style with my own spin on it. The general layout of site will remain the same. In total we are looking at maybe half a dozen web pages with one page where people can subscribe via email and of course and unsubscribe page. I can do all the fine tuning myself but I dont have the time to do the bulk of it. So if you can do the bulk of it, I would be happy to do all the fine tuning at the end. I am looking for pricing right now as I know I can do this quite easily myself but am having trouble finding the time, if the price is right, i would just as soon hire it out. I will have the reference site and proposed changes to it by Monday July 25, 2011. You are welcome to place any bid, then PM me for details and adjust bid after you receive details.
