Design forms under Virtemart

Hi I have a Joomla website running Virtuemart on which will be sold boards with customized alphabet letters, there 4 categories of product. When a client register to buy a product, I need him to have access to a form that he will fill (and could have access to this form at any time by login). There are 4 different forms (related to each categories), but the base of the form is the same: -The client select which letter he wants to customize. -The form allows to give information and upload pictures, audio and video files for each letter. -When the client login he can retrieve all the information he already saved on the form and can carrying on completing the form. -The form allows to upload media files for each letter. Requirements: -The current website is responsive so the forms should keep the responsive functionality and we should have the possibility to upload media files from a smartphone. -The files should be uploaded under a letter folder name which will be under a folder named with the item order number (.../155151/A/ .../155151/B/) -A 'Dynamic Zone' should allow to follow the progress of the form filling process. -The upload process should open a popup that show the uploading progress. -Later there will be more functionality to develop on the website. -I'm open to any suggestions.
