CAR GAME IN 3D

Design a Car game where the player will play like a real life city road, day and night. City should look nice with lots of advertisement stands(large ones beside the road. Manual gear (5) gear, back gear, hand brake, leg pedals - Clutch, Brake, Accelerator. Dashboards, standard meters like any other game. Some busy road with moving cars. Some less busy road with moving and parked cars. Engine sound, gear shifting error sound etc. Head light for Night Drive. Weather : Rain, Fog, Night On the city street there should be some speed slower bumps (normal what we see infront of the school etc.) Off Road drive in the desert/muddy road. Use one joystick and game pad. That should cover most the button requirements. Clutch, Brake, Accelerator, hand brake, steering wheel etc.
