ROR project - flat price & hourly - 20 hours

We are looking for a an expert in ROR programming. Someone with minimum of 3 years experience. Someone whom knows ROR at a score of 7 (in score range of 1 to 10) We have an existing ROR project, which runs in an Linux ubuntu environment, and Postgress. We already have a primary programmer, and now we are looking for a 2nd programmer to speed up development. The web app, we have is hosted on AWS, and is a multi-tenant app, using postgress name spaces. (you must have experience in all of this) We are looking to work with someone whom can look at the specs and the screenshots of an module, and can give us a flat price per module. Initially we will assign a task/module which is expected to take 20 hours. We need your price for a 20 hours job. We will discuss the details before you accept the job. So please place your bid, as if you are doing a 20 hours job. If everything goes well, we are looking for someone full-time 40-60 hours per week. Requirements: - must speak english (accent is not an issue) - must have skype and a good mic to do audio calls. - must have good & stable internet - must have a cellphone - must be available in USA PST hours - b4 hiring, we need to talk, and test you, to make sure you are not wasting our time
