The Customer Service Assistant –will take care of processing customer orders, attending their requests and claims, in German and English. Key Competences English and German speaker (native preferred) An attititude of service, and customer focused Effective Communicator: written and oral skills for the clear presentation of facts and ideas. Used to write posts and articles. User of Microsoft Office and Skype. Quality, Detail, Accountability and Productivity aware. As a Startup we have intense but flexible schedule times.
