Please only bid if you have the skill and AVAILABILITY TO WORK THIS WEEKEND AND MEET A 10/10 DEADLINE. You will need availability to discuss the project today/tomorrow. Excellent English communication skills required. ------------ I am looking for a QuickBooks Online expert to assist me with URGENT small-business bookkeeping tasks. Our 2021 & 2022 books need to be reconciled, cleaned up and ready for tax-preparation by 10/10. This project MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN 10/10 with the hope of preparing corporate AND personal taxes before the 10/16 extension deadline. 90%+ of the transactions have already been imported and categorized from our point-of-sale system. Various accounts are still wildly out-of-balance, though. All statements, POS reconciliation balances and exported transactions from our POS are organized and available. We were working with another Freelancer for over two years and just learned that they are still behind schedule so we need to find somebody more reliable. Tasks include: - Bank reconciliation - Troubleshooting accounts with unexpected balances - Tax preparation by 10/12 (S-Corporation, US & State/Oregon) -- OPTIONAL, NOT PART OF THIS BID Existing data: - I have existing data in QuickBooks Online that needs to be reconciled Frequency: - Initially, it is a one-time project - If successful, there is potential for ongoing bookkeeping services Ideal skills and experience: - Excellent English communication - Available NOW - Strong knowledge and experience in QuickBooks Online - Expertise in bank reconciliation - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to work within deadlines and deliver high-quality results

You have not clarify if the data is within QuickBooks as a Bank Feeds that needs to be matched or if data needs to be entered from paper statements.
