According your log, your filesystem have some issues and it failed to recover, key meesage is: [ 2.504078] XFS (xvda1): Starting recovery (logdev: internal) [ 2.818099] Filesystem "xvda1": reserve blocks depleted! Consider increasing reserve pool size. [ 2.825023] XFS (xvda1): Failed to recover intents [ 2.831404] XFS (xvda1): log mount finish failed [[1;31mFAILED[0m] Failed to mount /sysroot. So, ip is working but services into server dont so, you cannot log in into your server using ssh. I can help you,l but I need access to your aw console for try to recover access. Open to questions
