We are hoping to build a tool that pulls Amazon Pricing and other Product information for a given import of ASINs (with imports ranging from 100 ASINs up to 300,000 ASIN).
If you already use a similar tool for your ongoing contract work, then simply tweaking that tool and providing it to us with a user friendly GUI would probably be ideal.
The detailed specs can be found in the attached Excel file, which shows the desired output.
Note that you will likely probably need to be familiar with Amazon's recent transition to SP-API (from MWS) to build this tool for us.
General Description of the tool:
We just need a easy to use GUI that allows us to import a list of ASINs, and then will process selected pieces of Pricing using Amazons APIs. Phase 1 for this request is for the Pricing Tool Only. After this project is complete, we want to do a Phase 2 where we have a separate option (or tool) that allows us to export more Product details for a given ASIN (such as Title, Category Etc)
Note that we already have an existing tool (that we use that works rather well using Amazon MWS APIs) so we are happy to share that tool with you, including the source code. The only problem is that this tool will likely stop working after the transition away from Amazon MWS to SP-APIs is complete, and the former developer that built it is no longer responsive or does not know how to help us make the transition to SP-APIs. I will provide some screenshots of that tool in the attached Word File, in case it helps.
Basic Requirements:
Tool should function similar to our existing tool, with the following features:
(1) Import button (for given list of ASINs)
(2) Ongoing Progress Bar
(3) Button to cancel the process as needed
(4) Runs clean and easy on our Desktop computers (which use Windows 8.1, 10, 11, or 12).
(5) ASINs will be for Active Amazon ASINs, so processing speed should be at least 15,000 ASINs per hour (preferably faster, somewhere near the maximum allowed rate by Amazon)
(6) See attached Excel file for the list of Output fields. It is probably simplest if the Output "Results" file is automatically provided in the same folder as the Program (instead of requiring a manual export each time it is completed).
(7) Ongoing support should be available for changes and tweaks in the years ahead, billed at a fair hourly rate
(8) A settings option in the GUI to enter Amazon Credentials (i.e., Access Key ID, Secret Key, Amazon Username and Password etc) so that the app will work for our given Amazon account.
