2 sided app marketplace with Admin Panel Business Operators Features: • Account set-up – for (approval by admin panel) • Opening slots for bookings on daily or weekly basis • Set shift hours (there may be multiple shift types in 1 day, e.g. AM or PM starting) • Can reject or approve bookings • Allocate how many bookers can be accommodated on a daily/weekly basis • Can send immediate same day bookings with Surcharge in rates • Can set-up minimum and maximum hourly rates (and special rates on a particular day) • Can set-up multiple users/viewers/approvers in one business account • Can print and view booking summary reports • Can message bookers directly • Notify when bookers check-in and check-out • Able to set which type of bookers can be received (If operator needs experience with type A, operator should only receive bookings from users that has been tagged with A and should not receive bookings from users tagged with B) • Can ban a particular user from booking their location • Star ratings after shift ends (optional) • Can receive notifications if a booker books/cancels *can change password Bookers: • Account set-up (Must have a phone number verified and upload an ID) for approval by admin panel • Tag experience with their profile. By default should be tagged with experience A. If want to add experience B, must upload a cert for approval by admin panel. • Able to book slots based on availability and tagged experience that business operator has set. • Should be able to receive notifications when bookings are approved or rejected by business operators • Should be able to accept or decline immediate same day bookings if they have no bookings plotted on that day. • Can message upcoming employers and past employers • Should be able to see summary of upcoming bookings in dashboard • Should be able to see past jobs taken • Can clock-in only when only at the location (geotag) • Can clock-out only while on location • Break features that deducts payment estimate • Star ratings after shift ends (optional) • Send reminders of upcoming shifts, send alert when late or overtime • Account can be auto suspended if no show multiple times • Can cancel booking with limitations *can change password/profile photo Admin Panel • Admin Panel should be able to view upcoming approved jobs (daily, weekly or monthly), past jobs, rejected jobs, pending approval jobs pending account set-up approval. • Admin panel should be able to control all aspects of app including cancelling, adding a booking with set time and hourly rate between the business operator and the bookers without requiring permission on both sides. • Can suspend an account for a duration of time due to multiple violations • Can permanently ban an account • Can send messages to both business operators and bookers at anytime • Can monitor clock-in and clock-out on daily basis and will get notification if anyone is late. • Can print booking summary reports in each location selected *Can create accounts for both bookers and business operators There may be + or minus on the features mentioned above with business operator, booker and admin panel but stated above is 99% of it.
