Hey I am owner manager of adult escort service website – so those not comfortable working in this space may ignore this message WhatsApp is the backbone of our business for customer leads, sending pictures, following up via Broadcast lists, status advertisements, location sharing, voice calls, video calls, almost entire work flow right from customer query to final delivery is co-ordinated over WhatsApp However, of late we are facing trouble because WhatsApp is banning our numbers saying violation of commerce policy for adult product or services. Telegram also bans channels. So need an alternative to WhatsApp – A WhatsApp type app with my own company name and branding – which me and my customers can use without WhatsApp banning us and also privacy of our staff and customers is a top priority It will be a chat application on Play Store – people will download – enter basic details – OTP verification and then be able to chat with us If developing an entire WhatsApp type app is going to be tedious, we can do away with voice & video calling, even status updates are not important When customers first drop the Hi, we ask for details like – name, location, email, requirements, budget – and then save these details on our email – can chat bots do this job? On WhatsApp we build broadcast lists for follow up but WhatsApp allows message delivery only if prospect has saved your number - Can chat bots do occasional follow up with prospects till the user blocks us or asks us to stop following up ?
