my budget is 200 doller. Hi, I need a web application to be built in React so that it can be converted to the mobile app later. Scope of work 1. Front-end will show options to purchase a package. 2. For Payment, it will show the Alipay merchant mobile number/QR Code. Customers can scan the QR code or use the number to pay from their AliPay app. It is like the Paytm merchant account in India. 3. When payment received admin(Manual) will get a confirmation notification as SMS and email from Alipay. 4. Admin will enter the code and send it to the customer via SMS 5. When the customer used the code, the admin will get a notification from Alipay again. Admin then can mark the order delivered. Note: OTP will be used to verify the mobile number. User can create account to repeat transactions in an easy way and view history. Backend admin panel will be needed for super admin and admin to create, edit packages and upload content. The web application must be mobile responsive fluid and built-in React Native/NodeJs or similar tech stack. A proper document has been created and will be shared upon your availability and proposal.
