416890 Fix Forms

I need a coder to fix my current forms on my website and make them function (php pages) 8 product pages in total 1 contact page You will be required to fix the current forms so that the form will foward any information to me The first page the user clicks the product info and details and hits requet (they are requesting a price quote) The second page the user fills in their contact info/address/shipping/etc. and also is presented with the info they requested from the first page for them to verify in a table (w/ no columns - ONLY What they selected, not all of the choices). There also needs to be a back button/edit button to change if the info needs to be changed - they can go back and change that info You will need to add and edit fields in the form (I will give you the properies) You will need to make sure you do not edit/alter/mess up my current design as you will be coding live on the site You will need to make certain fields required and if the info is not completed let them know with the red text (you will have to fix the contact page which when the right field is not completed forwards to an old design - you will have to make that page the same as the current page design
