Configure script for IIS 7.0 settings

I have a really small assignment. I need a [login to view URL] edited to allow URLRewrite rules to allow and expose a TomCat web server through IIS 7.0 on a Windows 2008 Standard Server An example of what needs to be done is this: <rule name="Rule for Olap" preCondition="ResponseIsHtml1" enabled="true"> <match filterByTags="A, Form, Img" pattern="^http(s)?://[login to view URL](.*)" /> <action type="Rewrite" value="http{R:1}://[login to view URL]{R:2}" /> <conditions> </conditions> </rule> I have tried various scripts to no avail. There probably must be an inbound and outbound script written. This should only take a few minutes for someone experienced with these scripts. Keep in mind that the TomCat server is on the same internal network as the IIS 7.0 Server There is only one Public IP address, and I cannot add any more.
