Summarize a 220 page, fact filled article, that is already in outline format

Hello, I am looking for someone to read through about 220 pages and re-write the most important points. The 220 pages are already in bullet-format and some important dates/facts are already bolded. I am simply looking for someone to read through the material, find the most important information, and rearrange it so it can pass off as original work. Note: I own the book.
