As a financial association, we are seeking an instructional designer who can effectively develop interactive training materials for financial advisors, particularly around the subject of Investment and Wealth Management. Enhancing their understanding of portfolio management and managed account model strategies is key. Primary Responsibilities: * Developing instructive material on investment and wealth management * Focusing specifically on portfolio management strategies * Designing training for managed account models based on PDS and other material form portfolio managers Ideal Skills and Experience: * Knowledge of Australian financial services regulation * Proven experience in instructional design and training material development * Deep understanding of portfolio management and managed account products * Familiarity with Articulate or similar system * Extensive knowledge in investment and wealth management * Previous work experience in financial services The goal is to create engaging, easy-to-understand materials that support the financial advisers we work with.
