211964 All IP Address Ranges for WA

I need a VBScript function in ASP classic that can do the following: 1. Determine a webpage visitor's IP Address (see [login to view URL]) 2. Compare the IP Address to the known ranges of IP Addresses for Washington state in the United States (you need to determine all the ranges somehow) 3. Output "yes" or "no" whether there is a match. In essence, I need to determine if a visitor is located in Washington state.
