161043 Website Updates needed - .asp

Hello, I have a website however the shipping module is a little bugged (along with the shopping cart). For example, if you add an item to the shopping cart, it automatically adds 7.50 to the shipping cost. If you add 2, it adds $15. You get the point. However, once you remove one item, the shipping still remains at $15. I want this fixed. However, I want this done via USPS shipping module. Meaning, that the customer enters their zip code and the shipping prices show up by itself. For this I'm guessing, each product that we enter into our database has to have a weight? I don't think we have that..but it should be pretty easy I reckon. Also there isn't a shopping cart link at the top (header) so I'd like that to be incorporated into the site as well.
