SQL/.NET Exchange 2007 Store

I need a service or a .NET web service that can read from an Exchange 2007 data store. [You do not need to do what I describe below but it is important you know what I WANT to do to understand how to do it] I have a CRM built which tracks customer problems and I would like to record and track incoming and outgoing email addresses so I can link who was responded to and by who; and who has not been responded to. So I need to be able to query this information live and store it in SQL. If I can do this without building a separate OutlookSQL File which retrieves and stores the Exchange emails (live) that is a good thing. Please let me know what you propose (in full) so I can get a sense of your expertise and understanding of the project. Once you propose how to get the data I will edit this project with the full scope and then accept bids. Bonus for Outlook 2007/2010 plugins.
