Android + Web Panel for Control App

I need an application, for display of smartphone and tablets [mdm + digital signage], that allows the users of the device only to see a promotional video (that can be changed remotely), use the camera and that when touching the screen, it appears in the foreground a web-app. (Allow from the command center, add a URL and that the device immediately sends the person there when touching the screen) After a ( set up time )seconds of non-use, return the video loop; this video will be able to loop even if the Device is not connected to the internet. (set remotely from control panel) ** Rest mode (example: be active from 6 am to 10 pm) then stop streaming the video and put it in rest mode ** Brightness control ** Wi-fi default ** Password to access everything that is locked on the device (including removing the application) ** Update the application to a new version. = ** Users **: Relevant Data: The devices always will be connected to the same wifi 4g (different for every store), the devices will not move to store in store = This need to be android and miui (Xiaomi smartphones) compatible Each time you create a Store, a new QR code is created, and it has to be used to assign the device to the Store, each QR code has 8 number code; to ingress manually for the device with a cámera that sucks. (if you do this action and the device is connected to internet, the app has to be removed)
