DotNetNuke Skin creation from PSD template

My bid of 3 days is allowing for previews to be posted on my test DNN site for review and allowing for tweaking as needed. I can on my test site create a portal in DNN to allow for not only view of it but to test using it. I will need some questions clarified however: The JPG does not indicate placement of certain skin objects normally used such as the site menu and login/logout, privacy policy, and currently logged in user. I it is of course fine to not have them, I just need to know not to place them if not desired, or if desired where to place any of them. The Admin skin will require the menu for the Host and Admin menus to be available. Or are the 5 blue blocks on the left meant to be a horizontal menu? I would also like to suggest that 3 blocks of images that appear to be placed in the top of content block would be better off not built into the skin and instead added by using the built-in HTML module, then set that to appear on all pages. The reasoning is twofold; changing out the images like the stacked rocks or the mountain becomes much easier and will be slightly less overhead on the server. I am looking forward to working with yiou on this!
