.net/ASP Documentation Writer

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY I need an individual experience in creating documentation and specification for ASP/.NET websites using myQSL database. These documents will outline all of the website flow, functions, use case and database design. If you don’t have the experience in creating such documents in a timely matter, can't read, write and understand English fluently and follow instructions very well. PLEASE DO NOT BID!
