Online Invoice Presentation for Telco

** Please read all attached documentation prior to making a bid ** Any "generic" bids will be ignored ** Thank you This is a new section of an existing site for a small telecommunications company. The new pages will follow the existing visual layout / navigation of the existing site. The new section will be accessed from a log-in option on the home page. The purpose of this section of the site is to present existing customers with an option to view their invoices online. In addition, users can view the current call log, which is up-to-date detail of calls in the current period (i.e. since last invoice – not invoiced yet). The tables exist in MS SQLServer, and the tables are currently populated with data for testing purposes. This is a read-only application – there are no updates to the database. Dreamweaver preferred but not essential. Attached documents describe requirements, DB tables, and current print invoice layout.
