Modify ASP / SQL Shopping Cart & Dbase

Currently have a Shopping Cart Application for an Ecommerce Site, need ASP Code Modified to provide better Search functionality for customers that visit the site. I am expecting the Dbase (SQL) to need some mods to get this accomplished. Software Vendor of product we need modified is Early Impact and they software to be modded is "Product Cart" [login to view URL] I prefer to find a freelance developer local to Cleveland, OH or somewhere with a few hundred miles so that we could meet to discuss the project. Source code is available. I am looking for someone to hire for this immediate need and would be interested in some sort of retainer for future maintenance and/or mods. experience with this application is a plus !
