Asterisk installation

I am looking for someone to do a basic config of an asterisk server for small office and home use. I would like a user friendly user interface to operate the asterisk server. The server will run with 2 sip providers Server must be integrated in vtiger. So that vtiger works with astrisk I want the order of which outgoing line to use to be based on caller groups. I would also like the niceities such as music on hold, call transfer predictive dailing and voicemail. In short what I want configured is: -Trixbox (or new asterisk installation) -FreePBX (for future administration) -2 ZAP channels -1 In/out SIP provider -1 Outgoing SIP provider -3 Caller groups -10 extensions -Outgoing provider order based on caller group -Music on hold -Voicemail -Call Transfer I would like to have a softphone that works very well with astrisk. It is expected that all work will be carried out remotely via HTTP over VPN.
